We review what you have (or what you want to build), produce a written 360 plan covering security, function, and legal data handling, and you leave week 2 with a one-page roadmap. You also have Claude Code installed and a first commit on your repo.
You drive Claude Code (or the AI tool you prefer). We coach weekly. In 1:1 + Build + Deploy we also review every commit you push, and we pair on the trickiest features. By week 6 the app handles real users on a staging URL.
We deploy to production with you, install Sentry, GitHub Actions CI, hosting, DNS, and backups, and tune the Claude Code framework (memory, skills, hooks) in your repo so the same bug never ships twice. You ship the next feature without us.

We continue beyond month 2 at the same monthly rate (launch campaign or regular, whichever you started on). You keep cancelling at the end of any month. Most products that need a third month are heavy on integrations rather than core scope.
Yes. You pay the difference for the months you spend in 1:1 and we add the missing deploy and system-install scope to your remaining weeks. The reverse (1:1 to Class) only works at month boundaries because the cohort group seats are sized in advance.
Cancel at the end of any month. The Claude Code framework we installed in your repo is yours to keep. You also keep every artefact we produced together: the 360 review document, the deploy scripts, the operational runbook.
No. The launch campaign price you see when you apply is the price you pay for as long as you are in the cohort. Future cohorts revert to the regular price, but you keep the launch rate while you stay in this one.
