Seyir Yardımcısı: a driving helper that respects the driver
A small, focused mobile app we built ourselves. Same process we use for clients.
Challenge: Help drivers with route planning, alerts, and context without ever becoming a distraction.
Project Overview
Seyir Yardımcısı ("driving helper" in Turkish) is one of our own production mobile apps. It is also a public reference for clients who ask if we can build a focused, well-tested mobile experience. It is live at https://navigasyon.ibgroup.dev.
The Problem
Most driving apps try to do too much. They become busy, they grab attention at the wrong moment, and they erode the safety they are supposed to add.
Our Solution
A mobile app that does one job well: help the driver with what is happening on the road. Calm, fast, easy to use without looking.

What we wanted to prove with our own product
Driver-first UX
Every screen had to be readable at a glance. No menu took more than one tap to reach. Notifications had to earn attention, not demand it.

Lightweight on the phone
The app had to be fast on older phones and friendly to battery life. We built for cold start under one second.
Challenge #2
Location-aware without being creepy
Alerts had to be context-aware to be useful. They also had to never feel like surveillance. We were careful about what is collected and what is not.

Small team, focused scope, real result
Seyir Yardımcısı is built with React Native and TypeScript, with a deliberately small surface area. We resisted feature bloat. The result is a product that does its job and gets out of the way.
Same 360 degree review we sell: security, function, and legal data handling all passed before launch. Smaller app, same discipline.
The simplest tool that ships is the one most likely to be used.
