Every message gets a human reply within one business day. Inquiries received over the weekend are answered Monday morning. No templated 'we will get back to you within seven days' nonsense.

If you describe what you are building, we reply with rough timeline, rough price range, and the questions we would ask in a discovery call. We never quote a fixed price without a discovery call, but we never leave you guessing either.

Coaching applications go to a dedicated track
If you mention the Claude Code Program for Entrepreneurs, your inquiry routes to a dedicated coaching track and you receive a 15-minute intro-call link directly. The program seats are limited so we move fast.

Everything else gets a human reply
Press inquiries, partnership proposals, open-source questions, and even community introductions get a human reply. We do not use chatbots for first contact. If you took the time to write, you deserve a real reply.
Who we work with
We work with founders, operators, and product teams in four verticals where we have 20 years of shipped production software. E-commerce: multi-store catalogs and B2B/B2C checkout. Travel: itinerary builders, GDS integrations, and dynamic packaging. Aviation: Loyalty Management Systems, Departure Control, Booking Engines, and OTA integrations. Online booking: hotel, activity, and service-appointment availability with channel manager sync. We also rescue AI-built apps in any vertical with the Claude Code Program for Entrepreneurs.
Response SLA and how we communicate
- • Reply window: one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Europe/Istanbul.
- • Languages: English and Turkish, full professional.
- • Channels: email, WhatsApp (preferred for urgent), Calendly for 15-minute introductions.
- • Escalation: any inquiry not answered within 48 hours gets a personal apology and a real reply from Ibrahim.
Common questions before you reach out
Do you work outside Turkey?
Yes. About half our clients are based outside Turkey, mostly in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Time-zone overlap is usually fine since we work Europe/Istanbul hours; for North America we shift to your morning.
Can we start with a small engagement?
Yes. The 360 review is free, the Claude Code Program Class is $250 a month at launch pricing, and the smallest software project we take on is around $5,000. If your need is below that we recommend a freelance engineer instead.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs on request before any project specifics are exchanged. For coaching engagements we sign a confidentiality clause as part of the standard agreement. Drop a draft into your first message and we will sign or counter within one business day.
How do you handle data-protection requests (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA)?
Our standard contracts include data-protection clauses that adapt to whichever regulator applies to you (CCPA, GDPR, KVKK, LGPD, DPDP and others). For data-subject access or erasure requests email contact@ibgroup.dev and we will respond within 30 days. We are not a law firm; we help your lawyer find the gaps that matter for your situation.
